Virtual worlds for children in the test.

Besides all the Orc and Elfenbrutstätten for adults, there is now an impressive number of virtual worlds, exclusively designed for children. The magazine GEE has visited five of these refuges, and tested how expensive, safe and fun they are.

 


Children and the Internet - this is a highly acclaimed and hotly-debated topic. Never before had children the opportunity to get together with people from all over the world, learn from and play with them.

Parents are now in a dilemma: on the one hand, they fear for their children, on the other hand, they want to give them confidence and they do not watch the whole time.
